Holiday home Villa Saimaa has two bedrooms, a living room, a large kitchen and dining area, bathroom, covered terrace and its own colourful garden. The total living area is 90 m2 and the yard surrounded by a hedge is 360 m2.

The kitchen has the equipment for a carefree holiday. The apartment also has a dish washer and highspeed wireless wi-fi. Towels and linen are provided. Master bedroom and living room have AC and AC installation to the small bedroom will be done in Spring 2023.

The Villa also has a large separate storage room, for example, for suitcases and golf bags.

The master bedroom has a double bed and two separate beds in the second bedroom. It is also possible to put two beds in the living room. Therefore, the number of beds is up to six.

Villa Saimaa is located in Bali Residence, where houses consist of quality materials and are built to Scandinavian standards.

The pool area in the middle of Bali Residence is exceptionally large and offers sun loungers and parasols. In addition, it is surrounded by a large lawn area.

Next to the pool area, there is a seasonal Thai restaurant which serves breakfast, traditional Thai food, pasta and pizza, etc. The drink menu is also varied, and drinks are served all the way to the pool. In addition, the restaurant has its own small bakery, where you can buy fresh bread. Residents have Wi-Fi access in the restaurant and pool area. They also have a snooker and darts.

There is an office serving residents and they organize transportation, excursions and scooter rental etc. The area is fenced and guarded 24/7.
